I loved them

I found that the Stella ran a little short, so I am returning and getting half a size larger

Had to return for fit

A lovely shoe. I pined over it for a long time only to find out my difficult to fit feet were the wrong shape. The shoe runs ever so slightly small for the size. My experience tells me the 9 would be too big. Thanks for allowing me to give it a whirl. Very pretty shoes with lovely finish to the leather. Very upscale.

Shoe shape and structure is way off

This is a beautiful shoe, but it's construction is off. The top of the shoe extends really far over the top of the foot toward the ankle, which looks great in theory, but the height of the opening for your foot is not nearly high enough. I have somewhat wide feet, and this was not a width issue - more of a height thing - I couldn't get my foot in the shoe, and even if I could have, the top part is so stiff that the flexion from your foot walking would significantly crease the top. Case in point: the right shoe of the pair I got was slightly creased, likely from someone else who had returned. Kind of a bother as well.. I paid $15 for shipping and am paying another $14 for a return. So I'm out a good amount compared to the cost of the shoe on sale. Notably, this part of the return policy isn't listed in the FAQ about returns, so I'm feeling a little scammed.
