I've been wearing these almost everyday and out on the weekends since Christmas. They are beautiful and seem to be made well, but they have absolutely destroyed my feet and continue to even after breaking them in. The backs of my heels not only got cut up but also continue to get bruised by the back of the boot anytime I wear them. I currently have giant bumps on the back of my heels. The top middle of the boot digs into the top of my foot to the point that there is also a bruise there. I'm not sure how that is possible for such a nicely made boot, but they are killing me.
In regards to size, I bought my true size and they are a bit too big. Should have gone down a size.

This is my second pair as the first pair was a little too big so I sized down 1/2 size. First pair of boots had a cardboard divider between the boots, this pair did not and the have a small blemish on the leather from being shipped that way. In addition I have been trying to return my first pair and it has been a nightmare with this company. I had to send photos of the soles and upper portion of the boots and they supposedly didn’t receive the first photos so I sent them again on Friday Dec 19 and they responded on Monday that they received them and that they would get back to me (how long does it take to determine that the boots are mint and can clearly be seen in the photos). 11 days since I sent the photos and still no RMA # for the return. I have purchased lots of products over the years and I’ve never dealt with a shoe/boot company that was this difficult and slow to deal with a return. No matter whether I like the boots or not I can’t recommend this company for any future purchases due to what feels like a B Rate customer service.
