I ordered this weeks ago for an upcoming trip. It stated their shoes would ship in a couple of business days. I inquired with them about what was going on with the order and it would take a long time to get an answer and they would just say "checking with our warehouse". I still did not have an answer on when they may ship or what was happening over a week after my order. It wasn't until over a week after my order they said my order did not flow through the warehouse. Additionally, I could not even find a phone number to call and talk to someone. Instead, I had to wait for a day or days to receive an email back. Truly horrible and slow customer service. I rarely write negative reviews as I know things can happen, but this experience was awful. I would be cautious ordering from them, especially if you want them to arrive in a regular online shopping experience time frame.
Really great driving loafers, nice comfort et good quality. Just wish thet had mid size instead of only full size.
They are really versatile, I wear them with shorts or biz casual / slacks. A very thoughtful design. The fit is great, very neutral. The leather and construction appear to be top shelf. I have only had them for a month. So far so good.
