Hello, I messaged you guys separately because of this and have not heard back yet. We love so much the boots we got but there is something poking out in one of them that made my girlfriend bleed the first time she wore them. Right shoe is fine but left one is some sort of manufacturing defect. We would love to exchange them for a new pair. Please let me know how I can do so. Thank you!

You can dress this up and down. It’s super comfortable and I walked in it at the mall and had no issues.
